America Supports the Troops
In his speech tonight, President Bush encouraged people to visit the "America Supports You" website to learn how to more actively support the troops. Here's the link to this site: http://www.americasupportsyou.mil/
Keeping the blogosphere posted on the goings on of the world of submarines since late 2004... and mocking and belittling general foolishness wherever it may be found. Idaho's first and foremost submarine blog. (If you don't like something on this blog, please E-mail me; don't call me at home.)

Technically, it seems a little buggy, right now. If you go to the local news for each state, you'll find local news stories about supporting the troops, but they're all datelined "Washington, D.C." which makes it a little confusing. Some of the links lead to "page not found" but that could be a traffic issue. I expect DU to claim that the website is a way to put spyware on everyone's computer.

Thanks for the link, Bubblehead. There is one reason our president will never be able to give us a better speech, one that truly rallies the nation against terrorists. Unfortunately, a good part of our nation understands neither the proportions of the threat we face nor reasons not to publicly expound them. The Kennedy, Kerry and Durbin-types do understand, of course, and rely on the general ignorance to pound Bush as if only party rule were really at stake. What does that make them? Opportunists is much too nice a word.

Nothing new, same old propaganda calling an invasion a liberation. Same wannabes cheering on the war sending others to have a blast in Bagdad. Same guys who want trigger time getting it and most who do get the trigger time they want, learning that war is no Rambo Movie.
