He Said "Penetration"...

(Warning: Those of especially sensitive constitution, and my kids, may want to skip this post.) Submandave has a roundup of the effort apparently underway to amend the UCMJ; apparently, the powers that be have determined that having a separate article for a "crime" that a recent Commander in Chief allegedly committed is a little bit outdated. (JAG Central has a more technical discussion, although I believe they're wrong in inferring that the "crime" can only be committed with another service member; in theory, they can even charge you for committing this act with your spouse.)
When I was Nuke school, we had a "UCMJ Article of the Day" that appeared in the POD. For some reason, Article 125 appeared about once a week; I believe this was because of the humor value attached to the last sentence of the article: "Penetration, however slight, is sufficient to complete the offense."
Yes, we were easily amused...

Heh, we loved that article on the boat. One of the Department Heads, any time he thought he was getting a raw deal, would loudly exclaim that particular line. That, and the fact that "unnatural carnal copulation" had such a wide possible range of meanings that pretty much every guy on the boat had broken the UCMJ also made that article a favorite...
