Still Alive
My surgery is done, the doctor says it went very well. I'm still in a lot of pain, but they're giving me some good drugs so I love everybody.

Ask someone to run over to Pike Place Market, next to the fish stand and get you cannoli or two. They can supplement your meds!
Speedy recovery!

Glad to hear it went well. As that guy from England said, I wish you pretty nurses (but only when the wife isn't around) and a quick recovery.
Try not to tell too many people about your newfound love of humanity, or you'll look like a darned hippie. :p

Blessed painkillers, always the best time to get a checkout from the EMC or a qual interview from the Eng. I timed the more difficult checkouts when I heard you or the EMC were coming back from the little dental shack at EB.

is it the one where you push the trigger button? To me, that was the "fun" one. Interesting story about that - the doctor was explaining that I couldn't overdose myself with the "trigger" meds, and while he's saying that, I'm pushing the button so fast - I could've sworn I woke up the next day. Oh well, you'll adjust Joel, just hang in there and you'll be on your tonsils in no time.
Yours respectfully,
AG

If they're giving you opiates or derivatives, be sure to take the Kaopectate, too! Otherwise it'll constipate the sh*t out of yo-...no wait! It'll constipate the sh*t IN you! Drink lots of water, too!
But other than that, and drymouth, it'll be a nice fuzzy-brained recovery! Best wishes!
