USS Scranton Navy Spirit Spot

In preparaton for tomorrow's Army-Navy game, the wardroom of the USS Scranton (SSN 756) put together a great Spirit Spot, playing on the fact that the hit TV show "The Office" is set in Scranton:

For those who haven't seen "The Office", this video tracks closely with the opening credits of the show. BZ, men of the Scranton! (Unfortunately, since the game will air on CBS, and "The Office" is an NBC show, it's unlikely they'll show this spot during the game.)

Pretty good one. That's a lot of canoe U folks in one wardroom though.

I was watching the game on CBS, and all the sudden started hearing the 'Office' piano into over Boomer talking.

I guess they were playing the spot during a time-out...great free advertising for NBC on CBS!

There were several "the Office" spoofs played at the game. This was NOT one of them.

Cool. Having spent 3+ years as NAV onboard the mighty SCRANTON, I am glad to see that they are having fun...not as many Canoe U grads were part of the WR in the late '90s, though.
