And in 6 weeks you can stick a Santa in the mix for a very Spooky Christmas.
Perhaps Santa wearing a scream mask...that should create years of psychiatric counseling work with the little ones.

One year ('06) in Guam they had a costume contest at the single sailor place. this guy showed up dresses as a chief with a head up his ass (literally). He won first place and won the contest for testicle size.

^^^^^^
The same costume idea except as an officer would have easily taken first place.
Seriously, is it possible to have a more inept and dysfunctional group of flag officers than we currently have?
I was asked to explain to my board group yesterday at work how a Commanding Officer of a US Navy warship can rape two women and only get a 42 month sentence.
It was humiliating....

It's been the subject of three separate post at Neptunus Lex. Posts were Quick Work (10/29), The Butcher’s Bill (10/27) and And Then There Were Ten (4/28/2011).

42/2 = 21. Since CinC Clinton, some flags probably think they rate a 21-gun salute.

Joel, I think it looks good.

Another topside CO gets caught banging one of his female JOs and we act as though this has never happened before. Well here are my questions...
1. Do we have definitive evidence that he nailed her in the butt?
2. Did she not enjoy it?
3. Was she properly lubed?
4. Was the CO negligent in not buying her enough drinks first?
5. Did she make any verbal or physical indication that she doesn't like it from behind?
6. Did he hit the wrong hole by mistake?
7. Why didn't she come forward with her complaint in private first?
8. Was any foreplay involved before initial penetration?
9. Did we talk about safe sex first?
10. Did we discuss in depth our personal preferences before getting underway?
11. Why did it take so long for this to surface and become an investigation?
12. What kind of PC BS are we playing now?
Just remember it takes two to tango. Are we certain she is completely innocent? She did nothing to encourage his behavior? Oh how I thank the fuck Christ I don't serve topside. I don't think I would have made it.
Joel I still like the evil black cat on the roof the best. There's just something fun and slightly sinister about that that one. Great Halloween display.

I read about this last week; I believe it was in one of the headlines and story from mil.com; maybe elsewhere.
If I recall correctly these two events happened early this year or late last. I believe he was one of the CO's relieved this year. The formal investigation leading up to the Court of Inquiry would have taken a while, then the Court of Inquiry anywhere from a week to a several weeks. I was involved with one Court of Inquiry that took from late June until the end of July 1969 (I was waiting for a Justice School class and transcribing testimony.) I believe the GCM in this case started last week. Could be mistaken.

Sorry Joel, I thought the CO deserved an answer.
Didn't decorate for halloween but did hand out goodies to about 120 kids.

hi admin,
I took the time to read all the comments, but I really liked the article. It proved to be very helpful to me, and I believe all the critics here! Always good when you can not just be told.
