Just another one of those self-propelled, perpetual-presence Navy submersibles that uses the ocean environment to charge batteries and run hydraulic pumps without enough room for the crew. Not even one A-ganger would fit on that thing! What were they thinking?

Submarine versions of Energizer Bunnies. These units will either be expendable like batteries, or they're going to be headaches for at least one navy.
