CDR Salamander gives his own take on the statements from the new PacFleet commander I discussed earlier, and PigBoatSailor picks up the argument from a submariner's point of view. Give them both a look-see; the calls for the U.S. to stand up a squadron of diesel boats are especially interesting (and I expect controversial, at least within my readership).
