A single report from the Kuwait New Agency that there are rumors that Abu Mosab Al-Zarqawi has been arrested normally wouldn't make me too excited. However, the recent arrests of 61 Zarqawi associates makes me hopeful that maybe we got some actionable intelligence recently and were able to follow up on it. We'll see what happens...
